Snohomish Education Foundation Hosts
“Imagine… Hopes & Dreams Realized†Fundraising Auction
On September 28, 2013 Snohomish Education Foundation hosted its “Imagine… Hopes & Dreams Realized†Annual Fundraising Auction at the Tulalip Casino Resort. This event grossed over $162,400 and netted nearly $10,000 more than last year’s celebration. The evening began with a lively, rousing opening performance by the Snohomish High School’s percussion marching band and the bidding remained heated throughout the evening.
“Our community’s generosity and passion for education is remarkable and continues to make this event a success story year after year. Funds raised support our extraordinary programs that directly affect student success throughout the Snohomish School District.†stated Cathy Reines, Board of Trustees President. “Our many generous donors, corporate sponsors, and volunteers that give back so much to our community are heroes and deserve all of the credit for the monies raised.â€
